Booking and customer information

When you make a booking or contact Litoral Secreto, we may collect the information needed to manage your reservation and communicate clearly with you. This can include your name, contact details, booking details, participant information, and any relevant notes needed to prepare the service safely. If a booking is made on behalf of other participants, the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring the information provided is accurate and that they are allowed to share it.

Payments and third-party services

Payments are handled through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. Litoral Secreto does not store full payment card details. Stripe may process payment and transaction information in accordance with its own privacy and security framework. Some personal data may also be processed where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, customer support, or payment-related records.

Marketing, photographs, and testimonials

Litoral Secreto does not sell personal data. Marketing communications, testimonials, photographs, or video featuring customers will only be used where there is valid consent or another lawful basis where required by law. Customers are welcome to ask questions about how their image, words, or personal information may be used.

Data protection and customer rights

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable under law. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, insurance, safety, or regulatory reasons.

13. Privacy and Use of Personal Data The Company may collect and process personal data for booking administration, customer communication, identity and age verification where needed, payment handling, safety management, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and record keeping. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable. Where payments are processed through Stripe, relevant payment and transaction data may also be processed by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security framework. The Customer must ensure that all booking information provided is accurate and up to date. Where a booking is made on behalf of other participants, the booking person confirms that they are authorized to provide the relevant information to the Company. The Company does not sell personal data and will only share personal data where this is necessary for payment processing, legal compliance, regulatory obligations, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, insurance handling, or the proper performance of the booked service. Unless separately agreed, any marketing communications, testimonials, or use of photographs or video featuring customers should be handled by the Company on the basis of valid consent or another lawful basis where required by law.
